Remove your existing Gear Shift Knob(Most Gear Shift Knobs unscrew from the original shaft)
If needed,find the correct plastic adapter provided with the Gear shift Knob and place it over the shaft
Loosely screw the three Allen screws
Place the Gear Shift Knob over the shaft(and adapter if applicable) and tighten three Allen screws evenly,being careful not to over tighten
